Here is an Easter Egg plate that we made at Abby & Haleigh's party. We each put our thumbprint in for the bunnies.

Lichtenstein-inspired photograph
One of my photography blogs had this posting, so this is my attempt at this. Can't wait to do the other 2 kids.

POTD: Fruit cups for Valentine's Day parties tomorrow. 17+16+8 cups later. I did the whipped cream, Jacob did grapes, Brianna did bananas and Kiara had strawberries. I had a hard time keeping everyone from eating the fruit until we were finished. Then we dug in. They went over great at school.

POTD: A tire off of my truck. Kind of boring, but one thing I learned from Ali Edward's class a few years ago (A Week in the Life) is to take pictures of ordinary things in your life because they change so much over the years.

POTD: Katie (granddaugter #3) spent the afternoon at our house along with her sisters. We love it when they come to visit and all the kids can play together.
WOTD: empathy: the ability to sense and understand someone else's feelings as if they were one's own
"Learning is a result of listening, which in turn leads to even better listening and attentiveness to the other person. In other words, to learn from the child, we must have empathy, and empathy grows as we learn." ~Alice Miller
P.S. Sorry for being out of commission. Camera problems, school stuff, etc. :)
